A professional practice, firmly established and experienced in all structural and architectural matters, relating to property, land, building and structures, ground and foundations, investigation, architecture, design, surveying, engineering and construction. Professional services relate to and include: Structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, building, architecture, surveying, construction, party wall surveyor and the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, property, site and land development, building contract, project management, property and land management. Clients The client base is in and around London and South-East England, and includes both commercial and private customers, some with relationships going back several years. Work includes one-off consultations and projects to longer, consultative works over an extended period of time.
Premises There are no office premises. The business can be relocated as a stand-alone enterprise or bolt on to a complimentary business. Staff Client work is undertaken by the owner who works full-time and 5 part-time employed staff, in the following roles:
Reason for sale The current owner/director is looking to retire. He recognises the specialist nature of the business and is willing to remain for a handover and consultancy and/or employment period of up to 12 months.
